Correct breathing technique while doing push ups ✔✔

Most of us always get confused while performing push-ups that when to inhale and when to exhale, which often leads to either improper set or higher exertion. So the question arises :-

What is the proper breathing pattern we can use??

So correct breathing when working out requires you to exhale during the higher exertion. When doing push-ups, "you inhale as you lower your body and exhale as you push back up", advises the American Lung Associationhttps://www.lung.org/. Not only correct breathing but proper push-up technique requires you to maintain proper posture and straight body. Tighten your core muscles, quads and glutes to stabilize your body and to improve posture.

Do not ever hold your breath...!!

Most of us have this habit of holding our breath while performing most of the exercises and precisely performing push-ups. Do not hold your breath when doing push-ups, especially when you are at the end of a set and your muscles are tiring. Correct breathing during push-ups helps prevent fatigue by making sure your that your muscles have proper amount of oxygen.

So use this proper breathing technique and enjoy your push-ups.👍👍
